About the RoleTres Infosol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage and maintain IT infrastructure at a customer location under our Facility Management Services (FMS).

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, including network switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, CCTV surveillance systems and Windows systems, along with providing technical support to end users.

Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Infrastructure

- Manage and troubleshoot LAN connectivity, network switches and VLANs.
- Monitor and maintain firewall connectivity, basic policies, NAT and VPN configurations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi access points and wireless connectivity.
- Identify and resolve network performance and connectivity issues.

Windows System Administration

- Manage Windows desktops, laptops and basic Windows Server operations.
- Perform user account management, software installation and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, application and connectivity issues.
- Support Active Directory, DNS and DHCP wherever applicable.
- Perform routine system updates, patching and preventive maintenance.

CCTV & Surveillance

- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs and DVRs.
- Configure IP cameras and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Ensure proper recording, playback and remote viewing functionality.

IT Support & Operations

- Provide day-to-day IT support to customer employees.




- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer and network-related issues.
- Perform routine infrastructure checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation and support records.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and maintain service records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration or Network Support.
- Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of Windows desktop and basic server administration.
- Experience with CCTV cameras, NVRs and DVRs.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and IP addressing.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day IT operations at a customer site.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sophos, Fortinet or similar firewall solutions.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Relevant networking or Microsoft certifications will be an advantage.
