Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance support, and exit processes. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating employee perks,



and supporting payroll and compliance activities.

The role also involves assisting in employee engagement initiatives, handling routine employee queries, and partnering with leadership to implement HR best practices.

Specialist will help ensure a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Agrima Solutions’ growth and culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies.
- Hands-on experience in Personnel Management and administering Employee Benefits.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and standard HR operations and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting for HR metrics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Ahmedabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in technology, automation, or project-driven environments is a plus.
