- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Ensure HR Compliance &
- Statutory Compliance
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Manage HR MIS, reports and HR documentation
- Support workforce planning and organisational development
- Partner with business leaders and management on HR matters
- Lead and manage the HR team effectively
