Role OverviewVedricx Global is looking for a responsible, organized and proactive HR Operations Intern who can coordinate internal recruitment operations and work as a Team Leader, ensuring smooth communication, task allocation and reporting across the HR and recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with HR interns, recruiters, interviewers and offer-letter/documentation teams.
- Monitor daily attendance, working hours (3 PM – 7 PM), task completion and team productivity.
- Maintain individual performance reports, attendance sheets and centralized recruitment trackers.
- Monitor application movement, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and offer-letter status.
- Ensure timely reporting, proper documentation and adherence to internal SOPs.
- Conduct regular team follow-ups and coordinate task allocation.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Operations Manager.
- Escalate delays,



performance issues and operational challenges to the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel and email communication.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple team members.
- Responsible, disciplined and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Previous HR or team coordination experience is an advantage.
