Your Role: HR Recuriter

As an HR Recuriter, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment, preferably for cybersecurity, data privacy, GRC, and compliance solutions.. You will be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Identify candidates with experience in selling cybersecurity, SaaS, data privacy, GRC, and compliance solutions.

- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, and salary expectations.

- Coordinate interviews with technical teams and business leaders.





- Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and regular closure reports.

- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.

- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to integrate current hires smoothly into the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to IT/technology or consulting industry HR practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of labour laws and basic compliance requirements.
- Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
