Role Description The Home Loan Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jhansi.

The Home Loan

Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers to explain home loan products, assess eligibility, and guide them through the application and documentation process.

Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting preliminary financial assessments, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following regulatory and internal compliance requirements, and providing ongoing support to customers regarding queries, repayments, and related services.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and explain home loan products, interest rates, and repayment structures clearly and accurately.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills for interacting with diverse clients and addressing queries.
- Basic financial analysis skills to review income documents, credit profiles, and loan eligibility.
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation, managing records, and working with loan processing systems or CRM tools.
- Effective communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to present information in a transparent and professional manner.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to generate leads, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of banking or financial services operations and regulatory compliance related to lending is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in loans or financial products is an advantage.
- Capacity to work on-site in Jhansi, adapt to local market conditions, and travel locally when required.
