Work Experience (Years)

- 5 to 8 years of overall automotive systems verification and validation experience.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on HIL testing experience with dSPACE platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Analyze functional and system requirements for ADAS, Body, Chassis, Powertrain, and HMI features.
- Develop HIL test cases and test scenarios based on requirements, specifications, and actual vehicle driving data.
- Perform manual and automated test execution using HIL systems.
- Develop and maintain automated test-execution environments for HIL validation.
- Analyze test results, report defects, support root-cause analysis, and perform defect retesting.
- Verify ECU control logic and functional behavior using HIL systems.
- Create and execute virtual testing scenarios for NCAP, homologation, and other vehicle-validation activities, and prepare evaluation reports.
- dSPACE HIL Setup Migration, Plant Model Integration, and Validation.




- Explore and implement AI-based solutions to improve HIL test-case generation, test automation, result analysis, and reporting.
- ADAS Virtual Calibration and Validation.

Software Knowledge

- dSPACE HIL tools: ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ModelDesk, MotionDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ASM, VEOS, and AURELION
- MATLAB, Simulink, and RoadRunner
- CarSim
- Python programming and test automation
- Vector CANoe / CANalyzer

Key Skills/Competencies

- Knowledge of AI-assisted test automation and data analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python-based test automation.
- dSPACE HIL setup, configuration, and migration
- Hands-on experience with dSPACE tools, including ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, MotionDesk, ModelDesk, ConfigurationDesk, ASM, VEOS, and AURELION.
- Experience with Vector CANoe / CANalyzer and CAPL scripting.
- Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, etc.
- Experience with UDS diagnostics, DTC analysis, ECU flashing, and XCP/CCP measurement and calibration.
- Experience in HIL validation of ADAS, Body, Chassis, Powertrain, and HMI functions.
- Proficiency in requirement analysis, test-case development, manual and automated execution, result analysis, and defect management.
- Experience with ASAM OpenSCENARIO and scenario-based validation.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented, creative, and adaptable with strong learning ability.
- Knowledge of the Japanese language is preferred.
