About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1–3 years of qualified experience to join our creative team at our Kozhikode office.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling and hands-on experience in creating impactful graphics and video content.

You will be responsible for developing creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, brand communication and promotional activities. From designing engaging visuals and brand creatives to editing compelling videos and motion graphics, you will play an important role in bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements and brand communication.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, promotional creatives and marketing materials.
- Edit and produce short-form videos, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, explainers and other digital video content.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Work on logo design, brand identity development and visual branding projects.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Maintain visual consistency across different brands, campaigns and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content and creative teams to execute campaign requirements.
- Optimise creative assets for different platforms, formats and audience requirements.
- Organise and maintain design files, project assets and editable source files.
- Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback and deliver creative work within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.




- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional video editing software.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating social media creatives, digital advertisements and promotional content.
- Understanding of logo design, branding and visual identity development.
- Ability to produce engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and visual communication.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
