Role & responsibilities :

- Deliver German language training (C1/C2)) through online, offline, hybrid, fast-track, and regular learning formats.
- Plan and conduct interactive, learner-centric sessions using contemporary teaching methodologies, digital tools, and activity-based learning approaches.
- Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, simulations, and evaluations, and provide timely feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and learning resources aligned with CEFR standards.
- Prepare candidates for international German language examinations, including SD, Goethe, and Telc.

Requirements

- Qualifications: C1/C2 proficiency level (Goethe-Zertifikat or equivalent framework preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record of training professionals with measurable success in lifting exam pass rates.
- Skillset: Mastery of both online and offline interactive training methodologies, with a deep understanding of CEFR standards.
