Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Garment Sourcing focused on suits, blazers, and trousers. The role involves identifying and evaluating fabric and garment suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and managing end-to-end sourcing activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, monitoring sample development, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring adherence to company specifications and timelines.

The role also requires tracking market trends in textiles and tailoring,



resolving supply-related issues, and supporting continuous improvement in sourcing processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance, costing, and quality metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to secure favorable terms and reliable supply chains.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills to help identify and onboard new sourcing partners or vendors when required.
- Practical experience in garment sourcing, particularly for suits, blazers, and trousers, is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, tailoring techniques, and quality standards in menswear and formalwear is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textiles, Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
