We're looking for Full Stack Engineers!

Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, deployment, and support of the digital supply chain platform.
- Define and govern application architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern engineering practices.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and cost optimization.
- Drive API-first, microservices-based, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Lead integration architecture between digital platforms and enterprise systems, including SAP and other ERP solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and deployment approaches.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure technical documentation is maintained and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Work closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Support vendor evaluations and technical assessments where applicable.

Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred.
- SAP integration or ERP-related certifications are advantageous.
- Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.




- Strong expertise in cloud-native application architecture and software engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud solution design.
- Familiarity with microservices, APIs, containerization, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity integrating cloud applications with SAP ERP and enterprise systems.
- Robust knowledge of supply chain business processes and enterprise application landscapes.
- Expertise in solution design, architecture governance, and technical leadership.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multiple technical teams and manage technical risks.
- Familiarity with testing strategies, automation frameworks, and release management.
