We are looking for experienced Full Stack AEM Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM as a Cloud Service and Headless AEM implementations. The ideal candidates should have experience building scalable digital experiences, developing custom AEM components, implementing headless content delivery and integrating AEM with commerce platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade websites and digital experiences using AEM.
- Develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows and backend services.
- Design and implement headless AEM solutions using Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs and API-driven content delivery.
- Develop backend services and integrations using Java and AEM frameworks.
- Build responsive frontend experiences using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Integrate AEM with commerce platforms, product catalogues and other enterprise systems.
- Work on AEM Cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimisation and security.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, QA and business teams to deliver quality solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.

### Mandatory Skills
- 5–7 years of overall software development experience, with substantial hands-on AEM experience.
- Strong experience in AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
- Hands-on experience implementing Headless AEM, including Content Fragments, Content Fragment Models, GraphQL APIs and headless content delivery.




- Good knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling Models, OSGi, Sling Servlets, HTL, JCR, components and templates.
- Robust Java development skills and experience building REST-based integrations.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript and responsive frontend development.
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher, caching, security configurations and performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Cloud Manager, Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Commerce integration experience with commerce platforms.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for coding, debugging, testing and refactoring.

### Good to Have
- Experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Experience building frontend applications consuming AEM GraphQL APIs.
- Exposure to headless or composable digital experience architectures.
- Experience integrating commerce capabilities such as product catalogues, product detail pages, pricing.
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Experience with automated testing and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
