Sure is an early-stage fintech, and this role sits right next to the founders. There's no fixed lane. Each week you'll be pointed at whatever matters most: launching something new, fixing something broken, cracking a partnership, getting a deal over the line, or sorting out a messy problem nobody owns yet. You take it from "we should figure this out" to done.

What you'll do

- Founder priorities: research, plan and execute the initiatives the founders are driving, from idea to launch
- Growth and partnerships: help find, pitch and close partners, run experiments and figure out what moves the numbers
- Business operations: build and fix the processes behind the company, including vendors, finance and compliance, hiring and onboarding
- Data and decisions: pull the numbers together, find the insight and turn it into a clear recommendation
- Fundraising and investors: decks, data rooms, investor updates and diligence
- Special projects: anything that's important, urgent and doesn't have an owner yet

- A problem-solver.



You take vague, messy problems, break them down and find a way through
- A go-getter. You don't wait to be told. If something is stuck, you chase it, unblock it and close the loop
- A rapid learner. You're happy to work on things you've never done before and get good at them quickly

- Comfortable with ambiguity. A partner pitch in the morning and a broken process in the afternoon doesn't faze you
- Sharp and structured. You think clearly, write clearly and are comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and AI tools
- Any background works: engineering, commerce, CA, MBA, consulting, or a startup you ran yourself. We care about how you think and what you've done

- Experience: we don't count years. Show us something you made happen
