About the Role

If a bank reconciliation that ties out on the first try is the best part of your month, you’ll fit in here. Winter is looking for a Financial Analyst to own end-to-end accounting: AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, GST, TDS and the month-end close. You’ll keep the books accurate, the ledgers reconciled and the balance sheet schedules ready for audit.

This role suits someone who takes the close seriously and treats a ₹1 difference as something to find, not something to write off.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable

- Process and verify vendor invoices, supporting documents and approvals
- Ensure timely payments and keep a close eye on payables aging
- Run vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain GST, PAN, MSME and other vendor compliance records

Accounts Receivable

- Raise customer invoices and track collections
- Follow up on outstanding receivables
- Prepare AR aging reports

General Ledger & Month-End Close

- Pass journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual close activities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules

Banking & Reconciliations

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations (BRS)
- Monitor cash balances and banking transactions
- Investigate and clear unreconciled items

GST & TDS Compliance

- Prepare and review GST returns and reconciliations




- Ensure timely TDS deduction and deposit, file TDS returns and issue certificates
- Reconcile GST and TDS ledgers with the books

Balance Sheet Schedules & Audit Support

- Prepare balance sheet schedules and supporting reconciliations
- Support statutory, tax and internal audits
- Keep documentation audit-ready and coordinate with auditors and consultants

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Robust command of Accounting Standards and bookkeeping
- Practical experience across AP, AR, GL, BRS, GST and TDS
- Experience running month-end and year-end closes
- Comfortable with Zoho Books, Tally or a similar ERP
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Clear communicator who works well with stakeholders
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance); CA Inter preferred

Nice to Have

- Multi-entity accounting exposure
- Experience preparing balance sheet schedules for audit
- Solid grounding in statutory compliance and financial reporting
