Role Description The Field Assistant role at ADAMA India is a full-time, on-site position based in Macherla.

The Field

Assistant will support field activities, including visiting farms, assisting in product demonstrations, and collecting data on crop performance and product effectiveness. This role involves coordinating with local farmers, distributors, and internal teams to share information about ADAMA products and solutions.

Assistant will help monitor field trials,



document observations, and prepare basic reports to support technical and sales teams. The position also requires adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback from the field.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of agriculture, crop protection practices, and basic agronomy concepts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with farmers and local stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct field visits, collect data, and prepare clear, simple reports.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple field activities.
- Comfort with in office work in rural and semi-urban locations and willingness to travel locally.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and working knowledge of English for coordination and documentation.
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to supporting farmer-focused solutions and safety standards.
