Role Description This is a full time, on-site Executive role based in Jaipur. The Executive will support daily operations by coordinating with hotel reservation, transportation and other services schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation related to tourism services.

Responsibilities include communicating with Hotels and vendors, handling inquiries, and ensuring that operational requirements are accurately captured and met. The role involves working closely with internal teams to track the hotel reservations and vendor, monitor service quality, and help resolve operational issues.



The Executive will also contribute to basic reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage daily operations, coordinate with hotel reservations and official team activities, and handle basic documentation and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (such as Excel and Word) and basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of or interest in the transportation and logistics sector, preferably with prior experience in a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, maintain regular attendance, and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, logistics, or a related discipline.
