Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Search Consultant role based in Mumbai.

The Executive Search

Consultant will manage end-to-end search mandates, including defining role requirements with clients, mapping target markets, identifying and approaching potential candidates, and conducting structured interviews. The role involves assessing candidate fit using competency-based methods, preparing candidate reports, and advising clients on hiring decisions and talent strategies. The consultant will maintain strong client relationships,



provide regular search progress updates, and ensure a high-quality experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include research on industry trends, maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with internal consulting and assessment teams, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and candidates.
- Should possess Interviewing and Consulting skills to assess talent and advise clients on hiring and organizational needs.
- Should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a professional, responsive, and respectful experience for stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, or talent acquisition, preferably in professional services or consulting environments.
- Ability to conduct market research, build and manage talent pipelines, and handle multiple search mandates with attention to detail.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate candidate capabilities, cultural fit, and potential for leadership roles.
- Proficiency with professional networking platforms and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree
