Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drafter role based in Kerala, India. The Drafter will prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for steel structures and infrastructure projects using CAD software, following engineering specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting design inputs from engineers, creating and revising fabrication and construction drawings, and ensuring dimensional accuracy and clarity for shop and site use. The role involves coordinating with project engineers, site teams,



and fabrication units to resolve drawing-related queries and support smooth project execution. The Drafter will also organize and maintain drawing documentation, assist with as-built drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes and templates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong CAD and drafting skills (e.g., AutoCAD, 2D/3D drafting, layout preparation).
- Candidates should possess skills in structural and construction detailing (e.g., steel structure detailing, fabrication drawings, reinforcement/connection detailing).
- Candidates should possess abilities in reading and interpreting engineering documents (e.g., technical drawings, specifications, standards, and construction plans).
- Candidates should possess skills in quality and accuracy control (e.g., dimensional checks, drawing reviews, adherence to codes and project requirements).
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills for working with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects, especially steel structures, is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Kerala, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
