Role Description The Ecommerce Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka. The role involves managing online marketplace accounts and brand storefronts, including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns.

The Ecommerce

Executive will track and analyze sales performance, monitor customer behavior and trends, and prepare regular reports to support decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for content, design, and logistics, resolving customer and partner queries,



and ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment. The role also includes collaborating on sales strategies, optimizing conversion rates, and supporting overall digital marketing initiatives to grow ecommerce revenue.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting ecommerce data, performance metrics, and customer insights.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills for handling marketplace accounts, coordinating with partners, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills for driving revenue, managing promotions, and supporting sales targets.
