Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance Reyson Badger’s brand visibility and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating online marketing initiatives, monitoring web analytics, and creating performance reports to support data-driven decisions. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align digital strategies with business goals, optimizing content for various platforms,



and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to manage and grow the firm’s digital presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to plan campaigns, track performance, and optimize results.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, manage multiple projects, and use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Prior experience in professional services, accounting, or auditing firms is an advantage.
