Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role at crafola is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels. Daily activities include creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, assisting with content creation, and coordinating with team members to maintain consistent brand messaging.

The intern will also help track campaign performance using web analytics tools, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements based on data and trends.



This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting with guidance from the digital marketing team.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Ability to support Social Media Marketing activities, including content creation and community engagement.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and comfort working with data to interpret campaign performance.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media networks, Google Workspace or MS Office).
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
