Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The intern will assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels, supporting lead generation for engineering and manufacturing clients. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring campaign performance, compiling basic analytics reports, and helping optimize content for SEO and engagement.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to research target audiences, contribute ideas for content and campaigns,



and support the maintenance of company profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities to learn digital marketing tools and best practices.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with core digital marketing concepts, including Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Foundational skills in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Basic understanding of Web Analytics to interpret campaign performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.
- Interest in B2B marketing for engineering and manufacturing sectors, with eagerness to learn SEO and content marketing.
- Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media schedulers); familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
