Role Description The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial properties managed by roomskart.com. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi involves preparing construction drawings, coordinating design documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. Daily tasks include collaborating with property managers and contractors, refining layouts and space planning,
and producing visual presentations and design proposals.
The Design
Architect will also oversee design implementation, support design-related decision-making, and contribute to improving the functionality and aesthetics of managed properties.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills.
- Candidates should possess Design Management and Construction Drawings skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture or a related field and prior experience in building design or property development are preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices, along with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, is advantageous.
