Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage daily data entry, data processing, record updating, and database maintenance activities while working remotely.

The candidate will be responsible for entering, verifying, organizing, and maintaining company information in digital databases, spreadsheets, and online systems.

The ideal candidate should have valuable typing speed, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data accuracy while completing assigned tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update information into company databases and computer systems.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and duplicate records.
- Process customer, product, employee, and business information.
- Convert information from PDF files and documents into digital formats.




- Organize and maintain digital files and folders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data entry reports.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases regularly.
- Handle confidential company information securely.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM preferred).
- High typing accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Data entry and data processing skills.
- Basic email handling.
