Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Noida.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analyses, developing and maintaining data models, and identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks and present findings in clear, actionable formats.

Analyst will also contribute to improving data quality, documentation, and best practices for data use across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics and quantitative analysis for modeling, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Data Modeling, including designing schemas and structures that support reporting and analysis.
- Effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau) and basic scripting (e.g., Python or R) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work on-site in Noida and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
