? & Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate customer service calls, chats, and email interactions.
- Review customer interactions to ensure quality standards and company guidelines are followed.
- Assess the performance of customer service executives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve service quality.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving complex queries.
- Identify recurring customer complaints and suggest improvements.
- Prepare quality reports, maintain evaluation records, and track performance metrics.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.




- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

? What We're Looking For

- 1-3years of experience in customer service Quality / Quality Assurance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to evaluate customer interactions objectively.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or quality assurance will be an added advantage.
