Job Description – .NET Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6+ Years

Interview Mode: Virtual / Face-to-Face (At least one round will be F2F)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role & Responsibilities

- Provide L1 and L2 application support for .NET-based applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues in production environments.
- Perform application debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
- Write, execute, and optimize SQL queries to investigate and resolve database-related issues.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and production support activities.
- Identify application errors, performance bottlenecks, and recurring issues.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely incident resolution while meeting SLA requirements.
- Maintain support documentation, incident reports, and knowledge base articles.
- Support application deployments, releases, and post-deployment activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of experience in .NET Development and Application Support.




- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience in L1 and L2 application support.
- Strong SQL query-writing and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in production support and application monitoring.
- Positive understanding of incident management and ticketing processes.
- Experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
