Key Responsibilities

- Execute SEO tasks across keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits, and link building.
- Run outreach campaigns to bloggers, directories, SaaS communities, and relevant media.
- Support partnership pipelines - find targets, send outreach, follow up, and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with the content team to align SEO briefs with search intent.
- Track and report weekly on rankings, backlinks, and outreach responses.
- Flag algorithm changes and surface quick-win opportunities to the team

. • Over time: represent SERP Forge in online communities and niche forums to build brand presence.

You're a Outstanding Fit If

- You have 5+ years of SEO experience with real, measurable results (rankings, traffic, backlinks).
- You've done outreach before - cold emails, follow-ups, link building - and it actually worked.




- You're execution-focused - you'd rather ship and learn than plan forever.
- You write clearly and communicate without sounding robotic.
- You track your work in numbers and know what's actually moving the needle.
- You're comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving team.
- Bonus: You've engaged in any online community - even as a contributor or member, not necessarily a builder.

Nice to Have

- Experience with SaaS or B2B SEO tools or products.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Hunter.io, or similar.
- Prior experience at an agency or SEO-first startup.
- A personal blog, newsletter, or LinkedIn presence you've built yourself.
