### Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Specialist with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in **customer billing, billing operations, invoice processing, accounts receivable, and billing research**.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of customer invoicing, order entry, reviewing purchase orders and contracts, investigating billing discrepancies, and resolving customer billing disputes. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customer billing.

### Key Responsibilities

* Create, review, and process customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.

* Handle end-to-end customer billing and invoicing activities.

* Review contracts, purchase orders (POs), and supporting documents to ensure billing accuracy.

* Perform billing research and investigate invoice discrepancies.

* Research and resolve customer billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies.

* Handle order entry and verify order details before processing invoices.

* Manage accounts receivable (AR) activities and follow up on outstanding invoices when required.

* Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and internal departments to resolve customer billing issues.

* Ensure adherence to company billing policies, procedures, and internal controls.

* Support month-end closing activities and other accounts receivable functions as required.

* Maintain accurate customer billing records and documentation.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.





* 3–6 years of relevant experience in **customer billing, billing operations, invoicing, or accounts receivable**.

* Hands-on experience in customer invoice creation, processing, and billing activities.

* Strong understanding of customer billing processes and order entry.

* Experience reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and supporting billing documents.

* Ability to investigate billing disputes and resolve customer discrepancies.

* Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
