We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will:
• Design, develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions aligned to business objectives
• Build and optimise models across NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems and LLM-powered applications
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Develop production-ready APIs, services and data pipelines to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems
• Evaluate model performance, reliability and business impact using appropriate metrics and experimentation frameworks
• Embed MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, retraining, governance and continuous improvement
• Track emerging AI trends and recommend practical adoption strategies for the organisation
• Mentor engineers and strengthen best practices in AI architecture, experimentation and software engineering To be successful in this role, you should meet the following

requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.




• Apply strong Python capability and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and scikit-learn
• Demonstrate a solid grounding in machine learning fundamentals, feature engineering, model evaluation and experimentation
• Build and deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Apply data engineering fundamentals including SQL and building scalable data pipelines
• Develop applied solutions using LLMs, generative AI, NLP or related approaches
