Looking for Java full stack engineers who can do development in agentic way rather than manually writing the code and work with Agentic workflows
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and skilled growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 5 plus years of Java/J2EE enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot, React / API including MVC, Security, JDBC/JPA.
- Experience with messaging/event technologies such as Kafka, JMS, MQ, or Event Hub.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS, e.g., PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Experience with Git, JUnit and CI/CD.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, especially GitHub Copilot (GHCP).
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Azure or other public cloud exposure.
- Good to have Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture experience.
- Experience with Sonar.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Pune Kharadi client office 3 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
