As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Robust knowledge of application design principles and software configuration management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within collaborative environments.
- Ability to integrate SharePoint Online solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline development and deployment processes.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
