- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the planning and execution of software development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals and client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing process automation workflows using BPM tools.
- Ability to integrate BPM solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end business process solutions.
