- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Experience in requirements engineering or business analysis within Agile environments
- Experience in the Banking space
- Knowledge of the wealth management domain
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to produce clear, structured, and unambiguous requirements
- Understanding of data-driven systems and AI concepts
- Proficiency with tools such as GitLab, Gitlab Wiki, a plus are UX/UI tools (e.g., Giffy, Figma)
- Interface Integration &
- API Knowledge
- Familiar with API definition formats and standards (e.g. OpenAPI/Swagger using YAML, WSDL/SOAP using XML)
- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP-based web service architectures
- Able to read and interpret API specifications and contracts to define integration requirements

- Understanding of database concepts and data modelling
- Able at least to read SQL queries to validate data requirements and trace data flows

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
