CTO/ Senior Engineer | Mobile Apps | Flutter | Part time

We are building a portfolio of connected consumer facing mobile applications in the recreation space with a focus on creativity, learning and joy. This role is for some who can lead, take strategic long term architectural decisions and still build systems personally while being hands on technical and contribute with software development.

Format - Remote

Remuneration - Rs 1,80,000 per month

Requirements

- Bring 8–15 years of engineering experience, including ownership of consumer mobile products.
- Demonstrate deep Flutter and Dart expertise; personally write, debug and review production code.
- Own technical delivery across Android, iOS and backend, from development through launch.
- Design scalable APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure, balancing reliability, performance and cost.




- Build reusable components and shared services for accounts, payments, subscriptions and notifications.
- Ensure dependable offline functionality, synchronisation and data migration without losing user progress.
- Own security, privacy, access controls, monitoring, backups and production incident response.
- Establish automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews and transparent release quality standards.
- Lead, mentor and hire engineers while remaining hands-on and accountable for delivery.
- Partner with the founder and designers to prioritise execution and explain technical trade-offs.
