Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and integration within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, time management, and employee data management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and compliance.
- Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and patch management affecting payroll functionalities.
- Knowledge of data migration and validation techniques specific to SAP HCM Payroll.
