About martai martai is a small product studio in India. We build Android apps that help people take back control of their phones: Brainn (a study timer and app blocker for exam aspirants), Be Focused (app and website blocking), NoFap (a porn blocker and recovery companion) and Kiddo Safe (parental controls). Together they've been installed more than 100,000 times and average 4.5★ on Google Play.

We're a tiny team, so what you make goes live within days, and you'll work directly with the founding team.

What you'll do

- Edit Shorts and Reels for our YouTube, Instagram and other channels from scripts our content writer writes, and hand them to our social media manager to publish.
- Make the creatives for our posts and WhatsApp and Telegram channels, plus thumbnails and channel art, so everything looks like one brand.
- Use AI tools to generate visuals, b-roll, voiceovers, captions and variations, then cut and polish the result by hand.
- Record our apps in action on an Android phone, and try new features before they ship. If something is broken or confusing, you tell us.
- Watch what works (views, watch time, follows) and make more of it.

Who we're looking for

- You've edited short-form videos you can show us: Reels,



Shorts or TikToks, for your own page or for someone else.
- You're quick in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar, and you know hooks, pacing, captions and trends.
- You make videos and images with AI tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney or ElevenLabs, and you can tell when a result looks fake.
- You have an Android phone for screen recordings and app testing.
- Bonus: motion graphics (After Effects or similar), Hindi voiceovers, or a channel of your own with an audience.

You don't need a film degree. Your edits matter more to us than where you studied.

Details

- Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000 per month
- Remote, from anywhere in India
- Full time, 3–6 months, starting as soon as possible
- Certificate on completion, plus videos with real views for your portfolio
