Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning role based in Chennai.

The Cleaning

Skilled will perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and removing trash in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and workspaces to company standards, as well as reporting maintenance or safety issues when observed. The role may involve specialized services such as deep cleaning, window cleaning, and carpet care,



following safety protocols and using appropriate equipment and cleaning products.

The Cleaning

Professional will work according to scheduled assignments, follow checklists, and coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Cleaning for offices, retail spaces, and other business environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning for residential properties.
- Candidates should possess skills in Window Cleaning, including interior and exterior glass surfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Carpet care, including vacuuming and stain removal.
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and use cleaning tools and equipment correctly.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management to complete tasks within set schedules.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in professional cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
