Kulp Labs Private Limited builds AI products for businesses. We are looking for a polite, proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to look after clients from order confirmation until payment is collected.

Key Responsibilities

- Make sure every client lead is attended to after an order is confirmed.
- Provide after-sales support, keep existing clients satisfied and ask them for honest feedback.
- Manage client coordination from order to service delivery, and follow up until payment is collected.
- Respond promptly to client queries and guide clients on our products and services.
- Be the point of contact for complaints and escalate complex issues to management.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
