Overview of the role:

Millions of Indians talk to each other on FRND every day: one-on-one, in groups and in live rooms. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive business strategy, lead critical initiatives and turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives from zero to one. You will work closely with the leadership team, identify opportunities for scale, translate business priorities into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution across teams.

? What you will own

- ? Company-level bets end to end: identifying opportunities, evaluating a current market, driving retention initiatives and building new revenue lines.
- ?️ Zero-to-one builds: taking new initiatives from ideation to execution, defining the scope, aligning resources, building teams and measuring outcomes.
- ? Finding the leaks in funnels, cohorts and unit economics, and turning data and insights into actionable business decisions.
- ? Driving alignment across product, engineering, marketing and operations, ensuring priorities move forward without bottlenecks.
- ? The business operating rhythm: defining targets, tracking key metrics, conducting weekly business reviews and ensuring follow-through.
- ? Identifying opportunities to make the way we work AI-native across teams, functions and workflows.
- ? Direct partnership with the founders, VP Business and other VPs on quarterly priorities, strategic decisions and company-wide initiatives.

? You will thrive if

- You have 3–4 years of experience and have helped scale a high-growth startup, or worked in consulting,



strategy or business operations.
- ? You are a graduate from a Tier 1 institute.
- ? You think in numbers, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable building business models from scratch.
- ? You have owned outcomes end to end, not just the analysis, and can take initiative from strategy to execution.
- ✍️ You write clearly and can influence stakeholders and move people without formal authority.
- ⚡ You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking independent decisions and shipping before everything is perfect.
- ? You have a strong bias for action and can manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
- ? You already use AI tools in your daily work and actively look for ways to improve workflows through automation.

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
