Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing PInterview’s overall technology vision and strategy. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of the online platform, ensuring a seamless, secure, and scalable user experience for global learners and industry experts. The CTO leads engineering and product teams, prioritizes technical roadmaps, and manages projects from concept to deployment in alignment with business goals.

Day-to-day activities include guiding software architecture decisions, reviewing and improving development processes,



collaborating with operations and marketing to integrate new features, and ensuring reliable platform performance. The CTO also evaluates new technologies, manages vendor and partner relationships, and establishes best practices for data privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building and scaling online platforms or SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Technology Architecture, including setting long-term technical direction and designing secure, scalable systems.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering complex initiatives.
- Proven leadership in tech organizations, including mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and up-to-date development frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, information security, and best practices for handling user data in an online learning environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in edtech, online learning platforms, or professional coaching services is a plus.
