Freelancing Opportunity: We are hiring an Clinical & Health Specialist(Acute-Care Therapist)) for a short-term Frontier AI Research, Clinical Benchmark Development & Healthcare AI Evaluation initiative.

Educational Eligibility

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a relevant healthcare discipline.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- Approximately 3–15+ years of relevant professional experience in acute-care therapy.
- Current or recent clinical practice within the last three years.
- Active qualified license or recognized clinical credential relevant to the specialty.
- Hands-on experience in acute-care hospitals or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Strong understanding of clinical assessments, patient mobility, rehabilitation planning, and discharge recommendations.
- Experience reviewing patient charts, clinical documentation, and treatment plans.
- Ability to identify patient-safety risks, documentation gaps, and clinically inappropriate recommendations.
- Strong clinical reasoning and written communication skills.

Specialty Areas

- Physical Therapy (PT): Mobility assessment, functional rehabilitation, gait training, and discharge planning.
- Occupational Therapy (OT):



Activities of daily living (ADL), functional assessments, cognitive rehabilitation, and patient independence.
- Speech-Language Pathology (SLP): Swallow evaluations, dysphagia management, communication assessments, and diet-texture recommendations.

What You'll Work On

- Develop realistic acute-care clinical scenarios and benchmark evaluation tasks.
- Review complex patient records and identify clinical trends, risks, and documentation gaps.
- Evaluate therapy assessments, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations.
- Validate clinical accuracy, patient safety, and evidence-based practices.
- Prepare gold-standard answers and clinical evaluation rubrics.
- Participate in peer reviews, calibration activities, and quality assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve clinical task quality.

Senior Specialist / Functional Lead Responsibilities

- Review and calibrate work produced by other clinical experts.
- Resolve complex clinical and patient-safety issues.
- Maintain clinical quality standards and support rubric development.
- Mentor contributors and ensure consistency in clinical evaluations.
