Role &

- Responsibilities

- Build and maintain accurate product catalogs for manufacturing clients—standardizing SKUs, attributes, variants, and BOMs across ERP &
- WMS platforms.
- Conduct in office inventory audits to validate stock accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and document root causes for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure catalog data aligns with physical stock levels and production schedules.
- Map complex manufacturing components into hierarchical catalogs and tag them with lifecycle, compliance, and sourcing metadata.
- Automate data entry & validation using Excel macros, Power Query, or lightweight scripts to reduce manual errors and processing time.




- Train client teams on catalog hygiene best practices and implement audit trails to sustain data integrity post-go-live.

- Qualifications

- Must-Have
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
- Inventory management tools (WMS, ERP integrations)
- SKU structuring & categorization
- BOM (Bill of Materials) handling
- Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- Manufacturing domain exposure
- Data validation & audit protocols
- Power Query / Power BI (basic)
- Preferred
- Experience with manufacturing ERP like SAP MM or Oracle SCM
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or lean manufacturing principles
- Basic SQL or scripting for data automation
