At Brandzone, we help brands grow through smart, results-driven digital marketing, from social media and performance campaigns to SEO, content and creative strategy. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Client Servicing Manager who loves working with clients and knows how to turn their goals into strong digital campaigns.



The Role

As a Client Servicing Manager at Brandzone, you’ll be the main link between our clients and our internal teams. You’ll own client relationships, understand their business needs, and make sure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of Brandzone clients as their main point of contact
- Understand client objectives and turn them into clear digital marketing briefs
- Work with creative, content, social media, performance and tech teams to deliver campaigns
- Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and performance reports
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and share insights and recommendations
- Handle feedback, escalations and client expectations professionally
- Find opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work,



timelines and estimates
- Keep projects on schedule and within the agreed scope

What We’re Looking For

- [3–6] years in client servicing or account management, preferably at a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing: social media, Meta & Google Ads, SEO, content, email and influencer marketing
- Ability to understand and explain analytics and campaign reports
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence working with senior client stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office and project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field (MBA preferred)
