Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The career professional will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients, assess their skills and goals, and recommend suitable career paths and job-search strategies. Daily tasks include reviewing and improving resumes and profiles, guiding clients through job applications, and preparing them for interviews through coaching and mock sessions.

The role also involves responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of sessions,



and collaborating with the team to enhance service offerings and resources.

- Strong Career Counseling and Career Development skills to guide diverse job seekers through their career journeys.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain concepts clearly, and support clients professionally.
- Robust Analytical Skills to evaluate client profiles, identify gaps, and recommend tailored strategies and action plans.
- Ability to create and refine ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles for various roles and industries.
- Knowledge of current job-market trends, hiring practices, and interview techniques across IT and non-IT roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Career Development, or a related field (advanced certifications in counseling or career coaching are an advantage).
- Comfort working with digital tools, job portals, and skilled networking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse backgrounds, maintain confidentiality, and uphold inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
