Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Kochi location.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain solid relationships with clients, and develop strategic plans to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities include market research, preparing sales and marketing strategies, pitching services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective client management.

Qualifications





- Business Development and Sales: Proven ability in identifying opportunities, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Experience in creating business strategies and identifying market trends.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for negotiations and client relationship management.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM and Business Tools: Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled in working with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in business development or a related role.
