Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Little Feet: Baby Care Tracker.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with product, engineering, and customer support teams to translate user needs and business objectives into explicit requirements and actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and optimizing business processes, performing data analysis, and preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define use cases, validate solutions, and support feature planning and prioritization.

Analyst will also help improve internal workflows,



contribute to product roadmaps, and ensure that changes are aligned with company goals and user experience standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating insights to support business decisions.
- Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, use case development, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to understand, model, and optimize business processes, including creating process maps and recommending improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories or specifications for product and engineering teams.
- Comfort working with common analysis and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools, documentation platforms, task management systems).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital products, health tech, or consumer mobile apps is beneficial.
- Interest in caregiving, child development, or family-focused solutions is a plus.
