We are hiring Business Analysts to join our growing team at Focus Softnet.

Position: Business Analyst

Experience- 0-1 year

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with users, implementation teams, and technical teams for requirement discussions and clarifications
- Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, reports, and workflows
- Participate in functional testing, UAT, and solution validation
- Support ERP implementation, customization, and issue resolution activities
- Understand and analyze finance, accounting, and inventory business processes
- Ensure effective coordination and communication across departments and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:





- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar functional role
- Positive communication and documentation skills
- Exposure to ERP applications is mandatory
- Exposure to GST / e-Invoicing applications is preferable
- Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Inventory Management processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams

Preferred:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an added advantage
