Compensation: $55–$100/hour

We are looking for experienced Brand and Social Creative Experts to review marketing and social media creative work and evaluate quality, brand fit, and platform suitability.

In this role, you will review creative work against specific briefs, judge what is working, what isn't, and why, and explain your decisions clearly in writing. This opportunity is suitable for professionals working as brand creatives, creative strategists, art directors, social media creatives, or content leads who make decisions about what gets published.

Scope of Work

- Review creative pieces, including posts, advertisements, videos, and campaign ideas, and judge which one is stronger for a given goal and audience.
- Check that a piece fits the brief and the brand's voice and rules.
- Judge whether a piece fits the platform where it will run.
- Flag claims, disclosures, rights, or policy problems.
- Write a short explanation for each decision so a reviewer can follow your reasoning.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Skilled experience as a brand creative, creative strategist, art director, copywriter, social media creative, content lead, or creative producer.
- Experience with real campaigns, including briefs, approvals, publishing, and results.
- Familiarity with at least two major platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or paid social.
- Ability to explain why one creative piece works and another doesn't.
- Clear written English.
