Role Description This is a full-time remote Business Analyst role.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for cybersecurity and technology initiatives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and supporting the design of secure and productive workflows. The role involves preparing reports and presentations,



facilitating meetings and workshops, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and compliance standards.

The Business

Analyst will also contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of Clear InfoSec’s services.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in business analysis, including gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Proficiency in business process mapping, optimization, and workflow design.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, IT systems, and digital transformation initiatives (experience in information security environments is a plus).
- Familiarity with project management practices and tools, and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed team environment with strong self-organization and time management skills.
